Fasting Results of July 31 and Aug 1

Saturday evening and Sunday afternoon brunch parties were fun. The sugar level on Sunday, July 31 at 0637 am was 165 and today it was 170 at 0704 am. I went to bed at 2 am – was enjoying a movie on TV and had a bit of a situation with my head when I woke up. The morning routine has cleared it up. Still have a case of Monday morning blues.

The message that came through while I was doing my pranayama was that I should not rush into the medicine thing right now as I may then have to eat food during the day (for the sake of the medicines) which I really do not need. Instead, the message from the heart is to tweak the established eating routine even further to find out whether the blood sugar can be brought into the absolute safe zones for an extended period of time instead of just a one-off thing. This feels more like the heart decision that I enjoy following instead of the mind decision taken on Saturday about the medicines.

The next thought was of an immediate change that has already been implemented. From now on it is hot lime as beverage of choice instead of the morning cup of tea. I have already tried it with honey a little while ago. Next glass will be with chemical free jaggery. Will take this on a moment to moment basis from now on.

That’s it for now.

About Surinder
Am working as a healing facilitator using the techniques of Reiki, Crystals, Breathing and Food as therapy. Got into this field accidentally. Now this is what I love doing. This space is primarily for posting results of my blood sugar tests along with details of all the factors that I think influence them. The general impression about Diabetes is that it is a companion for life. I disagree and am positive that it's just a matter of time before the truth will reveal itself. I am sharing what I have learnt (and am in the process of learning) about what all can affect human health at my other space aashirwadhealing.com
