Blood Sugar Test at Cheerapunjee

We were in  Cheerapunjee on 16/5/2010 as part of our North East vacation. There is a beautiful waterfall there which was a very pleasant surprise as I had not done any homework about the place before  this visit.

There are about 320 steps going down on one side of the mountain for a closer spectacular view and I noticed that not many people venture down.

I walked down these steps and then walked right back up.

I guess I must have walked about  700 footsteps in all. When I reached back at the top, I  happened to notice that I was carrying my glucometer with me and did a test immediately. I requested my friend to shoot a video clip on my mobile and the following photograph of the result of the test was extracted from it.

This reading should normally have been a shock but I was feeling absolutely normal. I  realized later on that walking down and coming back up was as good as  climbing down and up about 25 floors – something which I would never dare attempt in the city.

I do wonder, at times, what is happening inside me!!!

About Surinder
Am working as a healing facilitator using the techniques of Reiki, Crystals, Breathing and Food as therapy. Got into this field accidentally. Now this is what I love doing. This space is primarily for posting results of my blood sugar tests along with details of all the factors that I think influence them. The general impression about Diabetes is that it is a companion for life. I disagree and am positive that it's just a matter of time before the truth will reveal itself. I am sharing what I have learnt (and am in the process of learning) about what all can affect human health at my other space aashirwadhealing.com
