Blood Sugar Fasting – 185

This is a delayed entry – had a very active day on the 25th and reached later than usual.

The problem with the eyes continued for sometime before moving back as a pain in a new area of the head. This did not interfere at all as I got rid of the office work. I was feeling pretty good about having things under my control.

I have also experienced a bit of chest pain in the sternum area and on its right and left sides every now and then, especially when I am doing healing work. However, I have also noticed that the fat deposit in the sternum area is decreasing as I can easily feel the bones here as well as the collar bones. So this pain is good and these changes are happening as I am not scared of the same.

About Surinder
Am working as a healing facilitator using the techniques of Reiki, Crystals, Breathing and Food as therapy. Got into this field accidentally. Now this is what I love doing. This space is primarily for posting results of my blood sugar tests along with details of all the factors that I think influence them. The general impression about Diabetes is that it is a companion for life. I disagree and am positive that it's just a matter of time before the truth will reveal itself. I am sharing what I have learnt (and am in the process of learning) about what all can affect human health at my other space
