Hi everyone,

I woke up at around 5 AM with a slightly heavy head and an ache at the back of my head – not too much but still something that would have kept me in bed doing nothing. I normally would have put off getting up till the very last moment if I had not known the reason for this discomfort.

I knew that this heavy headedness was the direct result of the breathing effort that I had put in last night just before falling off to sleep. And as I knew that this headache was something that was real good for my body – so it kind of motivated me to spring right into my routine.

This is what I observed when I did my tests earlier today:

Time

Breathing Rate (bpm)

Blood Pressure

Blood Sugar

SPO2

Pulse

0515

18 – 20

127/84

163

74

I got out of bed and started doing my Pranayama (sitting in VajraAsana) after which I started feeling much better and the headache also went away. I noticed that I was constipated so it was time for an early morning breakfast of buttered bread and tea which sure helped.

I just could not wait to reach office early so that I could catch up with my blogging.

Had I not known that the headache and heavy head was actually good for me, I would have reached office in a grumpy mood and late.

In this moment I am feeling good that I have been able to catch up with my blogging work 24 hours in advance. I have a bit of physical discomfort, slightly tired eyes and a slight niggling pain in the right abdominal area – but I know that all these discomforts are actually good for my body which is in the process of rebalancing to a new me. Just can’t wait….

I hope to share my experience of the month of July very soon – the experience that sowed the seed for sharing info with those who care to listen.

More later.

About Surinder
Am working as a healing facilitator using the techniques of Reiki, Crystals, Breathing and Food as therapy. Got into this field accidentally. Now this is what I love doing. This space is primarily for posting results of my blood sugar tests along with details of all the factors that I think influence them. The general impression about Diabetes is that it is a companion for life. I disagree and am positive that it's just a matter of time before the truth will reveal itself. I am sharing what I have learnt (and am in the process of learning) about what all can affect human health at my other space aashirwadhealing.com
