Intro – Blood Sugar 250 plus but not a Diabetic!

Hello everyone,

I am 48 years old Professional Healer and Healing Facilitator using various techniques of energy working for my healing work. I have also been teaching others to become healers since 1997.

It is a known fact that the blood sugar level goes up a bit whenever anyone starts doing healing work. My random check about a couple of weeks ago was 264 and around a week ago, it was 284.

I know that my friends especially the ones who are doctors, may get disturbed with this bit of news, yet I do not consider myself to be a Diabetic. I have good reasons for this and I wish to share this information / knowledge via this blog to anyone who is interested.

I also did a random Blood Pressure check on Sep. 19, 2008 just before doing a healing session and it was 130/88. However, I was feeling uncomfortable in that moment. After about an hour or so of doing the healing facilitation (a lot of deep breathing happens during such session), my BP had gone up to 149/87. However, I was feeling a lot more energized and happier.

This sounds contradictory according to what we have been led to believe because of our conditioning – but I know that I have the answers to why this is actually GOOD for me and why exactly this is happening.

What I have started doing since Sunday, 21st Sep, 2008 is monitor my Breathing Rate, Blood Pressure, Blood Sugar and SPO2 levels regularly. I am also keeping track of my activities especially those related to the healing work that I am doing along with details of the food input. I am also making note of the feelings and emotions that I am experiencing as these are all relevant to what exactly is happening.

The records are being preserved for posterity and for those who may be interested in the form of videos.

I hope that the information appearing in this blog helps you in your journey.

About Surinder
Am working as a healing facilitator using the techniques of Reiki, Crystals, Breathing and Food as therapy. Got into this field accidentally. Now this is what I love doing. This space is primarily for posting results of my blood sugar tests along with details of all the factors that I think influence them. The general impression about Diabetes is that it is a companion for life. I disagree and am positive that it's just a matter of time before the truth will reveal itself. I am sharing what I have learnt (and am in the process of learning) about what all can affect human health at my other space
